Client Contract Agreement for The Mother Line Healing Programme

Thank you for your interest in working with me. Please read through the information below carefully to ensure you are fully aware of what you are signing up to. Once this is signed (by signature or by making payment, either in full or by instalment) these terms form a legally binding agreement between us.

This Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”, is made between Martine Shelley, a sole trader registered in England and Wales and registered address of Elforde House, Blandford Road, Plymouth PL3 6HT (the programme provider), and you (the client), together referred to as “the Parties”.

The purpose of this agreement is to set out all the details about working together so we both know what is being offered and what will be received, and how our communication will take place to ensure that throughout our time working together it will be positive, respectful, and productive.

1. The Programme

You are signing up for The Mother Line Healing Programme – an 8-week course.

The Cost: £750. You can pay this in 6 instalments of £125.00 or choose the pay in full option and receive a £100 discount. This is not a membership, so Full payment or all 6 instalments are required for full payment.

Programme details: You are signing up for an 8-week Mother Line Healing Programme, with group training sessions, small group work, guided meditations, inner healing work, and healing sessions.

The Programme includes:

• Delivery of the 4 modules across 8 weeks

• 1 x live training session per module

• 1 x live meditation session per module

• 1 x healing session per module

• 1 x open session for sharing per module

• Online group to connect with other women on the programme

2. Responsibilities of the Programme Provider

• To be on time and prepared for all sessions

• To ensure 4 modules are delivered over 8 weeks

• To provide meaningful content promoting client growth

• To grant full access to the online platform

• To offer compassionate support and guidance

• To be available in the online community between sessions

• To help keep clients grounded and supported

• To give at least 48 hours’ notice of any schedule changes

3. Responsibilities of the Client

• Be on time for each session

• Commit to the programme

• Be open to personal exploration and growth

• Communicate openly and authentically

• Ask questions and request support as needed

• Maintain confidentiality of all session content and personal information

5. Booking Initial Consultation

Upon sign-up, a consult form will be sent. Please return this before the programme begins.

6. Weekly Sessions

• Sessions held live via Zoom with recordings available

• Active participation is encouraged

• Flexibility offered where possible due to family life

7. Payment

• All 6 instalments required, this is not a pay-per-month membership

• Payments collected monthly as agreed

• Missed payments will result in follow-up contact to arrange alternatives

8. Refunds

• No refunds for non-completion of the programme

• 14-day cooling-off period applies

• If the programme begins during the cooling-off period, right to cancel is forfeited

9. Confidentiality

Your personal information will be kept private and secure.

10. Data

Any data collected will be anonymised and used for programme development only.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content remains property of Martine Shelley

• No sharing or distributing materials without permission

• Programme materials for personal use only

12. Disclaimer

• No guaranteed outcomes

• Your results depend on your engagement

• Not a substitute for professional therapy

• Responsibility for mental health remains with the client

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund for:

• Breach of intellectual property

• Non-payment

• Poor attendance

• Disruptive or abusive behavior

• Breach of terms and conditions

14. Limitation of Liability

• No guarantees or liability for results

• Client responsible for personal decisions and outcomes

16. Entire Agreement

This is the full agreement. Amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon. This agreement is non-transferable.

17. Disputes

Please contact us to resolve issues. If unresolved, we will direct you to alternative dispute resolution providers.

18. Miscellaneous

Programme begins after agreement or payment. By accepting, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
